Jump down into the hollow tree trunk to find some Jewels and a CAGE (#4). Swing on the hook there to reach the high ledge.

Touch it, and then head back to the docks where the armored Hoodlum was. Jump across these screw platforms, picking up the Rubies on them, and kill the Hoodlums on the wooden platform. Vortex Punch the stilt-walking Hoodlum to shatter his stilts.Īlso Vortex Punch the two screw platforms by the large island. Kill the two card-playing Hoodlums there. From these docks, Rayman can look back at the large island to spot a Matuvu on one of the tree's branches. Punch him until he tips over the edge of the platform he's standing on. At the end of the docks is an armored Hoodlum. LEVEL 2 - Meeting the Swampfolk Jump across the islands and docks, watching out for the piranha. Rayman will hear Globox calling out from the mirror, which is actually a warp gate. She's harmless by now, so ignore her and search around the bookshelves and barrels for Jewels and Rubies. He will find her standing in front of a mirror with a pot over her head. Simply jump straight up to dodge her, and then repeat the pattern.īegoniax will run away when beaten, so Rayman should follow her through the winding halls. After she reverts to her normal form, she will charge around the pot multiple times.

While she's a frog, lock on to her and use hooks to nail her as she runs around the pot. If Rayman times his move early enough, she will jump right into the globs and turn into a frog herself. Then, before Begoniax can attack, jump up and punch the stew. Normally, Begoniax stays away from Rayman, so he needs to beat her by using her own stew against her. If Rayman is hit, he'll turn into a frog and be forced to run away from Begoniax until the spell wears off. Begoniax attacks by jumping up and hitting the stew, splashing globs of it onto Rayman. Rayman will be locked in with Begoniax when he follows her to the pot. While she is taunting Rayman from a distance, he can actually hit her once with a loaded punch, giving him a head start in the upcoming battle.

When Rayman is done, he should go back and take the other path that leads him into the fungal structure.ĭown inside, Rayman will meet Begoniax. Also look up from this red surface at the underside of the structure above to spot a Matuvu. Floating up around there, towards the end of the fallen cap, is a CAGE (#2). Climb on top of it and onto the red surface. If he follows it, it'll lead him around the side of the giant fungal structure, towards what looks like another outhouse. Rayman will notice a frog that hops away. Throttle Copter upwards and grab the Jewels floating in the air, and then Throttle Copter across the murky water to the wooden docks in the distance.įrom these docks, grab the Jewels on the nearby fungi, and then jump and chopper across more water to another bunch of fungi. With the Throttle Copter, Rayman can ascend instead of descend when he uses his helicopter move.
